So I have not been doing to much with Warhammer until yesterday when I decided I was going assemble the squad minus the weapons [i]then[/i] prime and paint them for my tactical squad I got oh so long ago. For the most part the weapons are not on. The Sergeant and Heavy Bolter trooper being the exceptions.
Did some interesting things with them. Tried to get as close to Mk VI armor as possible with the two beakies and used the older (2nd edition) banner packs on two of the guys like how a lot of the older squads were set up. I'm guessing, and for my fluff, its a squad of ten is divided into two fire teams of five.
Ran into a few issues, like GWs tactical pads being to small. I think I need to pick up some older models from like... 2nd edition for them.
